The most optimal, because it is best suited to the human anatomy, is a seven-zone mattress.

The core of the 7-zone mattress is made of high resilience contour cut foam. By cutting the foam, 7 zones with different degrees of hardness are obtained. As a result, the point elasticity of the mattress increases, and the mattress perfectly adapts to the shape of the body, stabilizing the spine at one level. Additionally, cylindrical foam cutouts improve internal ventilation of the mattress. The cover with zipper, avaible in the following versions: Polyester, Cotton, Aloe-Vera, Silver.
